At DeployDiscipline, we aim to provide high-quality psychological counseling and support. To maintain a fair and transparent process, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.

Payments and Cancellations:

All sessions, including individual counseling, psychosocial work, or educational meetings, are paid for in advance. This secures your scheduled time and ensures that we can prepare adequately for your session.

Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made prior to the start of the session. This is because each session requires significant preparation and time investment on our part.

We do not offer refunds on Initial appointment, DeployDiscipline Regular Sessions, Emergensy support Session and on products purchased. Once a session has begun or is completed, no refunds will be granted, as the service has already been rendered.

Reason for No Refund After the Session Starts

The time and effort invested in preparing for each session, including reviewing previous notes, creating personalized plans, and making resources available, carry significant value. As a result, once the session begins, our time and expertise have been allocated, and therefore, refunds cannot be processed.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request and offer an alternative time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not always be guaranteed.

Cancellation policy

Any customer who takes a subscription for use of digital product or membership with DeployDiscipline has the right to cancel the subscription at any time. After the cancellation process has been completed, the subscription is stopped, and the customer will not be billed again. No refund for usage of subscription, use of digital product or membership will be made.

Cancellation of any subscription can be made by sending an email to office@deploydiscipline.com with instruction to cancel the account.of payment, within a certain amount of days.
